Step Medical Solutions

​Step Medical Solutions ("we", "us") operates the Step Medical ordering app and the Step Medical Team operations app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, phone number, email, organization, delivery address), your orders and order history, app usage needed to operate the service, and — only where you grant permission — photos you attach to orders and device notification tokens. We do not collect data for advertising and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your medical-supply orders, provide delivery and surgery coordination, generate invoices, send you order and account notifications, and provide customer support. Order and invoice records are retained as business and accounting records as required by law.

Camera, photos and notifications

The app requests camera/photo access only when you choose to attach a photo to an order, and notification access only to send you order updates. You can decline or revoke these at any time in your device settings.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. our database and notification providers) and with the relevant Step Medical staff handling your order. We may disclose information where required by law.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account). When you do, we remove your personal information (name, phone, email, address) and disable your login. Past order and invoice records are kept as anonymized business records for legal and accounting purposes; they can no longer be linked to you personally.

Children
The app is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
